What we see
Checkout asks for a name, a WhatsApp number or Telegram handle, and an optional email so we can reply. Payment details for crypto are handled in the chat thread, not stored as card numbers on this website.
Chat is the record
Order details live in WhatsApp or Telegram between you and the desk. A note you type into the on-site form is kept in your browser until you clear it, and a copy is meant to be continued in chat.
Analytics
If a measurement ID is turned on from the desk settings, the site may load Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel. Until an ID is saved, those scripts are not added.
Retention
Keep your chat if you want a record of delivery. Ask us in that same thread if you want the desk to delete a message thread we still hold.
