Question 1

What is a PVA account?

Accepted Answer

PVA means phone-verified account. The phone check is done before we list it. It is a fresh or aged profile shell, not a hacked personal account and not a bundle of someone else's followers.

Question 2

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Each listing prints its own window, usually under 15 minutes or under an hour after payment is confirmed in chat. Same-day listings are marked on the card. We do not start the clock before payment.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Three ways: WhatsApp, Telegram, or crypto. Chat checkout opens a prefilled order to +92 304 2178728 or @Stacksaccount. For crypto we reply with a USDT, BTC, or ETH invoice for the same USD total. Stacksaccounts does not take card numbers on this site.

Question 4

What does the replacement warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

It covers a login that fails the first time you try it, inside the window printed on the listing (24 or 48 hours). Send the error in the same chat thread. It does not cover a limit or ban that happens after you change the profile, post, or break a platform's rules.

Question 5

Do you sell stolen or hacked accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. Listings are fresh PVA profiles or aged shells prepared for handoff. We do not sell hacked inboxes, session cookies, identified personal profiles, friend graphs, or stolen game inventories. If a request asks for that, we refuse it.

Question 6

How do I receive the login?

Accepted Answer

In the same WhatsApp or Telegram thread as the payment. Keep that chat. We do not email a spreadsheet of passwords and we do not show credentials on the public product page.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Digital logins cannot be returned once they work. If the login fails inside the warranty, the remedy is a replacement first. A refund is considered only when we cannot replace and the failure is ours. Read the refund policy before you pay.

Question 8

Do you offer more than one account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set the quantity on the product page or tell the desk the count in chat. Bulk requests are confirmed manually so we do not oversell the stock number shown on the card.
